Hearty Vegetable Soup (Vegan)

1 potato
3 celery sticks
3 average-sized carrots
2 large cloves of garlic
half of a yellow onion
an open handful of crimini mushrooms

This quantity will serve at least 2 large fillings.

Cube the potato
Dice the carrots, celery and mushrooms.
Mince the garlic.
Slice the onion.

Fill a pot with water (the more the better for the delicious broth).

Cook on low to low-medium until the potatoes and carrots are soft.

Add additional celery, rosemary and thyme near the end for additional flavor.
Add pecans at the beginning for additional goods.

This meal makes my skin feel like it is breathing.
The smell of it is meditative.
